A special anniversary year 2021 for Ramseier Treuhand AG
The coronavirus has been shaping our everyday lives for well over a year now. Like so many events and anniversaries up and down the country, the celebration of our "schnapps number company anniversary" of 55 years of rta fell victim to the pandemic last year. Our anniversary trip would have taken us far south. Next September, we will at least make up for this event for employees and their partners, but now in beautiful Switzerland. But there's more to celebrate!
2 employees add up to 75 years of rta experience
In April, we celebrated two memorable company anniversaries. However, the epidemiological situation also placed strict limits on the celebrations. All the more reason to thank our "veterans" Erika Hofer and Silvano Casanova at this point. Both have spent their entire careers at rta, including their apprenticeships.
Erika Hofer celebrated her 40th anniversary at rta on April 20, 2021, an impressive and extremely rare number in this day and age. In all these years, Erika has processed countless bookings and wages in a swift, clean and confident manner. As an authorized representative, she has independent contact with customers and can solve many small and large problems herself. Hopefully her forced Corona break in the Guggemusig will soon be over, so that her trumpet notes may soon be heard again in a real Basel carnival.
Silvano Casanova began his apprenticeship at rta on April 1, 1985. He then steadily climbed the career ladder. After further training and with his many years of experience, he has been a valued member of the management team for many years. Numerous clients, some of whom have been with him for many years, appreciate the good working relationship with him, whether for simple tax returns or complex, holistic business consulting.
In addition to his main role as client manager and head of the fiduciary department, he has been looking after rta's trainees for many years and is the first point of contact for our IT questions and problems. As a "sports fanatic", he can indulge in his new hobby, baking in all its variations, with a clear conscience. So far, it hasn't done his line any harm...
These two April jubilarians alone bring 75 years of rta together! With heartfelt thanks to Erika and Silvano, we hope for many more fruitful years of good and collegial cooperation.
2 trainees - Lazar leaves, Elia follows
Our current trainee has not spent as many years at rta as the employees celebrating their anniversaries. Nevertheless, his time with us deserves mention and recognition. After three years, we will be saying goodbye to Lazar in August with at least one tear in our eye. With the other, smiling eye, we can welcome our new apprentice Elia Narducci to the rta team.

Farewell to Corona?
It's been a long time since our last AGM dinner in 2019, so we were all the more delighted to revive the tradition with the first easing of restrictions and hold the annual AGM dinner at Landgasthof Adler in Kaiseraugst. With a festive meal, we were able to push Corona and Co. into the background for a short time, even if one or two protective measures still had to be observed.
Provided the pandemic situation improves, we can all hope for a more relaxed mood in the summer. And despite the positive outlook, it is well known that there are always adjustments or even extensions to Covid-19 support measures for the Swiss economy. It is almost impossible to keep track of everything. We have therefore compiled an overview of the current measures (as of June 18, 2021) and compiled the most important information for you in another article.
