CONSULEGIS network - rta becomes more international

We are pleased to announce that Ramseier Treuhand AG was accepted into the global CONSULEGIS network at the end of 2018. This enables us to significantly expand our international consulting expertise, as we have access to experts in all major economic centers, but also in markets that are hardly accessible from Switzerland.

What is CONSULEGIS?

CONSULEGIS was founded in 1990 by German lawyers in order to gain access to foreign courts through international cooperation. The network subsequently expanded rapidly to all continents. While lawyers and in-house counsel still form the core of the network, in recent years it has also been opened up to trust companies. This takes account of the fact that the areas of accounting, audit and tax are becoming increasingly intertwined with legal issues and that there are numerous interactions and synergies between these areas.

rta was accepted into the community at the 2018 fall conference in Prague. Rolf Ramseier was able to introduce our company to the numerous network partners present. With the presentation of the development work on the blockchain tool "rta trust", his presentation fitted in perfectly with the conference motto "Digitalization and blockchain".

What does CONSULEGIS offer our customers?

For foreign companies, groups and private individuals, we can provide advice and assistance on cross-border issues with a Swiss connection. The focus here is on taxes, social security, corporate and inheritance law, as well as bookkeeping, accounting and auditing of Swiss units of corporate groups.

On the other hand, we have access to expert know-how in every relevant economic area for our national clients. We can provide foreign permanent establishments or shareholdings of Swiss groups with the relevant services at their respective domicile or help them set up international structures. Private individuals may be interested in relocations, vacation domiciles, secondments or cross-border family and inheritance law issues.
