Successful succession planning - strengthening our team

After more than 40 years of successful work in our company, Willi Altermatt will take his well-deserved retirement in June 2019. His successor, Daniela Löliger, will bring her many years of professional experience to rta.

Willi Altermatt has been a valuable companion and advisor to numerous entrepreneurs in the succession process. The transfer of medical practices was one of his specialties. Now it was time to solve his own succession at rta.

We are delighted to have found a proven expert in the field of SME consulting in Daniela Löliger. At the young age of 35, she already has many years of professional experience. In her previous work, she mainly dealt with customer groups and sectors that are typical for rta. - The fact that she began her professional career with an apprenticeship as a tailor is astonishing in view of her subsequent career as a qualified fiduciary expert, but is impressive proof of the permeability of our education system. These days, interesting careers can be created with flair, perseverance and energy! - In addition to her work, she cultivates her creative side as a clarinettist in the Stadtmusik Liestal.

We welcome Daniela Löliger to the rta team and wish her a harmonious start to her new role with us.

After graduating from the University of Applied Sciences, Daniela Löliger worked for a large retail company, where she was primarily responsible for preparing the consolidated financial statements. Over seven years ago, she decided to switch to the "front line" and gain a foothold in the fiduciary sector. She deepened her specialist knowledge, particularly in the areas of tax, social insurance and company law, by training to become a certified fiduciary expert and immediately put it into practice with enthusiasm.
