Internal succession solution at Ramseier Treuhand AG

What we always preach to our clients, we also want to cultivate in our "own garden": The timely regulation of company succession as a central entrepreneurial task. We can therefore consider ourselves fortunate that the process that began some time ago has now led to a tangible result.

Alain Wenger, a qualified auditor and long-standing member of our Executive Board, has taken over a significant stake from the current owner Rolf Ramseier, with the intention of acquiring the remaining shares over the next three years. We have thus created the ideal conditions for a seamless succession. Alain Wenger will gradually take over management responsibility. This will be accompanied by his joining the Board of Directors of Ramseier Treuhand AG. We are very pleased that this internal solution will enable us to guarantee continuity, professionalism and reliability in our client relationships in the best possible way.

Alain Wenger has been with our company for over 10 years. Coming from an international auditing group, he has settled in perfectly to the "SME world" and, in addition to heading our auditing department, has also taken over the management of the RTA Collective Foundation pension fund. He lives in Oberwil with his partner and primary school-age daughter.
